The racketball leagues are still going strong with the competitive division gaining more interest. As a result this is now only played over a longer winter period. Surbiton continue to dominate the competitive league to which we now have a new trophy as seen in the photo.  Warning though – you will need a big cabinet to display it!

16 clubs are now competing in the leagues across the winter and summer.

This year Surrey entered the intercounty competition held in Nottingham in June. Owing to injuries and other commitments we were unable to field an A team but we did enter the B’s which we won and the and Over 50’s  where we claimed 3rd Place.  A great weekend had by all.  Next years competition will be split into a Masters event  (over 40’s/50’s/60’s) on 11th/12th May at Berkhamstead LTSC and the Open / B Grade & Ladies event on 15th/16th June at Wolverhampton Squash & Tennis Club. Hoping to enter teams into all categories and to help with this we will be setting up Racketball County Squad Nights. More details to follow.

We are keen to host a Surrey Racketball Open in 2024 to which some top pros are keen to enter. We are looking for potential partners to help sponsor the event and it would be great to hear from anyone who is interested.
